The L.O.C Project means the Love of Christ. And through that love healing can happen. Though we were formed by the faith of Christ, participation does NOT require a religious practice. The formation of this organization is to help everyone who seeks a healthy wholeness in life the opportunity to achieve that goal. 

Our vision is that every person has access to resources and utilizes those resources to live a safe, healthy, and fulfilling life.
